3rd National Adult Congenital Heart Disease Symposium in Ankara

The 3rd National Adult Congenital Heart Disease Symposium, organised by the Adult Congenital Heart Disease Association, was announced for 13-14 December 2025 at the Divan Hotel in Ankara, in cooperation with the Turkish Society of Cardiology, the ACHD Working Group of the Turkish Society of Pediatric Cardiology and Cardiac Surgery, and the Turkish Society of Cardiovascular Surgery. The first meeting of the series was held in December 2023 and the second in late 2024, also in Ankara.

In his invitation, association president Prof. Dr. Tevfik Karagöz noted that most children with congenital heart disease now reach adulthood, yet specialised centres remain scarce, so some patients are lost to follow-up. The two-day programme covers current topics, case presentations, oral and poster abstracts, live procedures and national and international speakers.
